Request a pass to reserve our live in-person or online classes or a hybrid (recommended). 

 

Packages are valid for 30 days from first use. After your pass is activated, you must cancel any reserved classes at least 8 hours before the start time to avoid forfeiting the class.

4 Pack

1 session a week or 4 in 30 days

Best for those who already have an established yoga practice, are yoga teachers or are active in other movement disciplines and want to use this class as an add-on.

 

This package is not recommended for complete beginners to yoga or movement

8 Pack

2 sessions a week or 8 in 30 days

Best for those who have dabbled in yoga and want to advance their practice, have specific movement/fitness goals or want a consistent mobility, flexibility and body-weight strength training.

12 Pack

3 sessions a week or 12 in 30 days

Great for anyone who wants to commit to strength, mobility and flexibility in a structured manner. Also great for fitness enthusiasts who don’t have a current fitness routine.
